They go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with what you order. I got everything I wanted and the price was very fair.
My first trike was delivered today and it does not disappoint. Seeing it in person and sitting on it almost takes my breath away. Utah Trikes did a fabulous job with the paint and the larger rear wheel really gives this thing some attitude. I was very impatient during the waiting process but ordering something custom means some time must be given and it was well worth the short wait. They respond to emails almost immediately and are very courteous with impatient buyers. 10/10

I called UT about an older factory recall, Matt checked it out and called me right back with parts ordered and set up a time to come in. They got me right in, made the changes and ask if there was anything else they could do for me. They have been great every time I have came in. I'm lucky they are so close by.
