I needed stock parts as well as special order part for my ICE VTX trike only available from the factory in UK. They advised me the best way to minimize shipping costs, if I could wait a few days. I followed their advice and got all of my parts a little over a week later. I appreciate that they are usually available by phone or chat and have knowledgeable advice. They are a full customer service provider.

The sales person listened to our particular needs and made some useful suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about the trikes. It was great to be able to go out and actually ride one which helped us to make a decision. The trike has enabled my wife, who has a very bad back, to get out and exercise. She loves her new found freedom!
