I purchased a catrike exp. with a few upgrades because thats what these guys do they dont just put together trikes they custom build trikes i told them what I needed they made it happen the people that i talked to were friendly and helpful matt especially went the extra mile to help me I highly recommend Utah trikes
This is not review of their products but a review of them. I got a flat tire on my car in front of their shop the amazing gentleman inside came out and helped me. Thank you again so much. If you treat your customers even half as well as you treated me that day you would still win the award for best customer service. Thank you from a very grateful and appreciative stranded motorist.
I ordered a kmx f8 tornado, had a lot of mods including paint. They built it quick even though its bike season. And shipped quick. This IS the place to buy a trike. Kait (I hope I spelled that right) in sales and marketing has definitely assured they rate 5 if not 6 stars. Did a lot of research on trike shops. This is the place to go!
I have had a couple of years dealing with them on line they always go above and beyond. In service and in items they sell.
I ordered two R81's, Eon Green and Electric Blue. You guys were a great help. You answered all my questions and gave me the right information so I could make my own decisions. They look great! And thanks for making us the first one to have those 24" fenders. The carbon fiber look is awesome. That will come in handy here in Washington.
