Great dealership! The sales rep did not pester me, making me feel like they were talking for no reason. Facility was clean. The final payment process took way too long. Only 1 person was available and we were there really late. He did a great job and it was not his fault that 3 other people came in to purchase cars at the same time. However, it took 4 hours and it was past 1030pm when we finally left.

Jazmin Sifuentes worked with me over a period of a few days setting up an appointment.. When I checked in on the day of the appointment, she recognized me and was ready to sign me in. She kept me in the loop while I waited for the completion of the services being done on my Buick. The one step in the service that I had concerns about was the intermittent failure of the shift nobb not going into the parking mode. I was first attracted to Valley GMC due to the amount of inventory they had on their website. Once on the lot I was approached by Justin and from the first introduction to the close of a deal, Justin was very helpful and accommodating with NO pressure.
