For me, buying a car is not my favorite experience. But the people at Valley GMC made it pleasant and painless, so much so that I returned for round 2 :). Average experience, nothing special. Pretty simple and straightforward to deal with, average price on vehicle. Didn't get pushy or weird until we got to the back office and refused the "upsales" like extended warranty and prepaying for "oil changes" etc. It got a lil tense as we repeatedly declined, but i think all dealers do that nonsense. The truck was kinda dirty from sitting on the lot when i bought it, once we got it home and washed it, we discovered several scratches, paint chips and deep swirls in the clear coat. I recommend Valley GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! I worked with Colin who was respectful, friendly, and did his job well without being pushy.
