I can't even give this company 1 star. They are actually MINUS 10000. From the time they took over ********we have had wrong invoicing, dirty towels, wrong towels, NO TOWELS, TERRIBLE service and drivers who reek of weed when they walk in our practice. The presidents office rep ********* stated since we had such terrible service that we would get a FULL open invoice credit and we would owe NOTHING when THEY terminated or service because I complained about all the issues on a weekly basis. Do not use this company, the ***** people are slick, and once you are in they will increase your bill, mine has increased 41% in less than a year. I have been trying to call customer service since June 23rd, it is July 3rd. Their customer service says you will receive a call within 24 hrs, we are on the 8th business day and no return call. The drivers are actually nice and do try to accomodate, but they don't have control over contract, pricing and rate increases
Vestis does not communicate with their customers, especially if there is an issue. I had to copy the CEO, COO and VP on an email to finally get an answer. I have repeatedly requested our agreement be terminated but instead they are doubling down to keep us. They should have made those efforts two months ago instead of ignoring me. The guy that came to meet with me bad mouthed the competition, which I feel is unprofessional. We are switching companies
15 years in business and I regret working with only one company and this is it. Not only are they incompetently dysfunctional but I'm quite positive no one works there but lawyers to litigate you and lying *********** lied to get me to sign, then threatened a small business to protect it. Only work with them if you have a really bored attorney on the payroll who needs to earn their keep.
We sent cancellation notice via certified mail (as required by Vestis) on August 22nd. We packaged up their inventory and p***ared it for pickup by Vestis. They stopped picking up uniforms or delivering supplies after cancellation. However, they never picked up their inventory, and they continued to invoice us for the services we were no longer receiving. Vestis is a predatory uniform service company that I would not recommend to anyone unless that company or individual enjoys being ignored and overcharged. The company locks clients into five-year contracts without clearly disclosing that weekly prices can be increased at any time and without notice. I am now paying more than twice the amount I originally agreed to. We had an account with ******************** but decided to close in Jan 2025. From January to June of 2025 we have had no service with them but received a bill our ne A/P person paid it due to an attached form that looked like someone in our warehouse signed for it. I called and asked who reponed our account? They cant tell me who are why they reopened the account even though they knew they never serviced us. If I could put negative stars I would, my experience with this company is by far the worst I have ever had with a uniform supply company from day one I was getting charged for someone else uniforms that I did not have or belong to my shop that took over a month to get the charge removed but never refunded after that I would get charged random loss charges and never get refunded.
