Unacceptable customer service. A contract was signed in bad faith practices by Aramark. When I attempted to stop service they reminded me of the 5 year contract that had been signed. Said contract was deceiptful as no term length had been confirmed verbally when initiating new service. Service was suspended after we had not been using their service for a few months, continuing to remit payment (without any service or product). They do not do a good job at PNC Park. I go to PNC Park regularly and spend around $100 each visit. The lines are far too long. 30 minutes standing in line is too much. $18.55 for 2 hot dogs and fries is too much. 67 people (I counted) standing in line for ice cream is too much. Not having ketchup for a hot dog is unacceptable. Not having carriers for your food is unsat. It's not a good scene at PNC for concessions. I think you run PPG as well. Terrible. You turn your uniforms in to get cleaned and you never get them back! I'm lucky if I get 3 uniforms a week!

I am trying to be understated here. This is the most pitiful, most inept, most disorganized, most admin redundant "Anything" of any type I have ever experienced. Their instal was incomplete, and I was billed for things not delivered. The install is by a separate company, thats the only way anything was installed. No service visits, you know, replace toilet paper, etc, were ever made, none. I have made over 10 calls where I DID cancel service. If I could give a Zero I would, the amount of discrimination against people of color is unreal. They are jealous at the fact that you are better at your work than them, the lack of communication between directors and managers, when there’s an inspection they want to act like it’s the time they should focus on their work, provides no tools to employees yet expect them to do the job, lack of staffing, and expect managers to push staff. Change staff schedule without notice expect them to accommodate in a week

My contract was never fulfilled since 06/2021, and they keep charging my account. Now they stated that because I cancelled my account I owe them money. They are full of lies, I gave the opportunity for 9 months to make that correction. I reported bed sheet came with mold and they were not replace but charged. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
