For the last couple years we've been getting laundry services from Aramark. Our route salesman told us he was quitting and the company was changing owners. Our services are weekly and we are billed monthly. The new company is now Vestis.When I called and said our billing wasn't correct, the new salesman told us our previous salesman was under charging us and this was our new bill from now on. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the ARAMARK. Not only did they overcharge me for their products, but the manager also had the audacity to threaten me with a 5-year contract that I never agreed to. This kind of unethical behavior is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. One star is even too much. Oh, how we wish we would have done our research on this company BEFORE signing a contract. It's only been, maybe three months, but we've already had one issue after another. Our uniforms took forever to receive, much longer than we were initially told, and when they finally arrived, the spelling on one of the shirts was ***** instead of ****. We turned in all six and two weeks later, we got one shirt back with the correct spelling. We're still waiting on the other ten. In our two other locations, w... read more

Aramark Uniforms Services **** ********* **** ********* ** ***** is a horrible /negative working environment and the administration is worse ( slave drivers) Steve G******, Greg and Desiree work employees to the bone and doesn’t pay them what they’re supposed to pay/ selfish. No sick days, overtime, bonuses ( All lies). When hired they don’t inform employees of what is to come. Terrible company. They have taken over lodge reservations for Bryce Canyon Lodge. When I cancelled my reservation today for a room in October, I was told I would receive my $285 deposit in 6-8 weeks! Are you kidding? They also said they would send me an email confirming my cancellation and have not. Also, I have emailed several times as I tried to cancel online, and have got no response.

This is the worst service company. They changed my contract without my knowledge, and they started charging for more quantities that they never bring. They never do restroom service and they charge for it. Some weeks they do not show up and they send an email bill. Billing department is the only department i could reach. They can do nothing other than leaving a note to a manager to call me back. Gave them one star because negative stars are not an option. I received the uniforms about six weeks after we got fitted. they sent one set with correct name and logo the other was correct name and wrong logo. driver said he would fix following week got the new ones and still correct name and wrong logo not even close. finally on the third week we got a full set of uniforms. we used for the week they were picked up driver came back with incomplete uniforms. said he would fix. came back next week picked up what he dropped off... read more

We've been using Aramark for our coffee service and this is the 2nd time I've used this company. I wish I had remembered why I cancelled them in the first place. Unfortunately, I signed a 3-year contract and they will not use my calls to them and emails about services issues as sufficient evidence and notice to cancel? It's ridiculous.

BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR "CONTRACTS". THEY OFTEN ARE FOR 3 YEARS AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR ANOTHER 3 YEARS IF YOU DON'T CANCEL THEM. THEY ARE DIFFICULT AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH BY PHONE VIA THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE". WE PLAN TO NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, NOW WAITING FOR ANOTHER YEAR TO GO BY WITH THEIR EXCESSIVE PRICING.
