This is a complete ripoff/scam. They have a minimum charge but can't ship product and still charge you the minimum.

This company is out right thieves... I have cancelled time and time again but none the less they keep billing me. they have stopped delivering for the past 8 months but still charge me month after month.. unbelievable the charges as well.. billing for two mats was over 360 dollars..they said were damaged..omg they pick them up every 2 weeks and are always in the same condition as getting them.. plus I never wanted mats to begin with ha ha I only wanted shop towels aka rags. they told me just pay it and they would give me cre... read more

I signed a contract to get a uniform for car repair business. Did it quick as the price was reasonable to start up, and I really needed the service. went fine at the beginning but during Covid the business just went downhill. All shirts were never used except one as they all came too loose, 1/2 of the pants were used only and rest still new. 2 Jackets never used also super big. I have been an unwilling customer of this godforsaken company for 7 years. Every time I try and cancel my account they tell me I’m under contract but I’ve never signed anything. I have had to chase them every month for years about over charges and over payments. They never reimburse me for overcharges and as soon as a driver is kind enough to NOT over charge me, they assign a new driver. This company is criminal. Don’t ever start using their services.

This is a joke of a company. I have been dissatisfied with the service from the very beginning and they have failed to address any of my complains. They would delivery uniforms and just dump them in front of the door without entering. would not show up on the day that they were supposed to. when they delivered uniforms the sizes did not match on any of the uniforms. some were shorter some were longer - after multiple calls still was not corrected. I started using Aramark services in 2018 with complaints starting in 12/2018. There were increases and fluctuations in pricing constantly. I had complained 13 times over the years with customer service. They always assured me that someone would get back to me in person but no one ever did except once. If I could give it negative stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my 15 years of accounting. There is no communication between staff, disputes are closed without being resolved and if you decide to leave their company ( we left at the end of our contract in a timely fashion) then they will bill you for items and services never received.
