RecommendedThis was our first time at this Vet, our cat Raffe was limping and we brought him in and they were so patient with us in giving us information on surgery options and options non surgical which we are attempting first. Raffe was terrified but they were so gentle with him

RecommendedI feel like such a bad dog mom…. Nursing my injured neck/shoulder and watching the dogs chewing on butcher bones…. I don’t usually allow them to get super focused on chewing so I asked if they were ready for a snack. When she turned and looked at me ,she had her bone hooked on her jaw. To the emergency vet we go. I tried for a good 45 minutes to get it off, but didn’t want to hurt her. The vet tech got it off in about 30 seconds. They didn’t even charge me for the visit. Recommendedwe had a small emergency with our lab mix Mack, about 1045 last night, he was vomiting tons of blood, we found the south deerfield location through our local vets after hours message. RecommendedI cannot say enough about Dr. Benson. The man is brilliant. The staff is fantastic. My boy KAOS has had to have four surgeries 2TPLO‘s, an emergency surgery for a blockage , and his most recent tumor removal that we are praying did not spread. We live an hour away and I will never go to somebody else for any type of emergency surgery that needs to be done on any of my pets. RecommendedThis past Friday 11/29 I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life and schedule an end of life appointment for my beloved pup, Zeus. Since it was the day after thanksgiving, my usual vet did not have a dr in and was recommended to call VESH- specifically the west Springfield location. I called at 5 am and they said they would put me down for 545 but I don’t have to arrive then and if I don’t come at that time to just call as I’m on my way.
