This past Friday 11/29 I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life and schedule an end of life appointment for my beloved pup, Zeus. Since it was the day after thanksgiving, my usual vet did not have a dr in and was recommended to call VESH- specifically the west Springfield location. I called at 5 am and they said they would put me down for 545 but I don’t have to arrive then and if I don’t come at that time to just call as I’m on my way. Dr Benson at the Deerfield location performed my dogs TPLO surgery. I am so happy with him and his staff! We received top notch customer service, but also compassion and help through the whole process!

My dog Princess was lethargic, not eating, vomiting, and my usual vet was booked. VESH called almost immediately after I booked an ER check in visit online. They were kind, caring, so sweet with my girl. They also figured out the issue, gave an injection right there for nausea, and sent us home with meds for her. They suggested rays and further treatment but didn’t push me into it and said I can follow up with my own vet as well and decide based on cost. Thank you so much for the comprehensive care you gave to my sheltie, Callie. We are tent camping in Vermont, far from home, and this morning she could not get up or walk easily. The vets and staff were so kind and caring and we got a good diagnosis, treatment plan, and meds. We are back at camp and ready to continue our adventure.
I brought my dog , who had a possible retained testicle in for a surgery consultation. Dr. Stockman and her team were absolutely amazing. she took the time to go over everything and made sure I had no questions. I would highly recommend bringing your beloved dog here. The front desk staff wrre very pleasant as well. We received texts and phone calls while my dog was in their care. Incredible place. The front desk staff was quick, helpful, and empathetic. The surgeon and vets seemed very professional, experienced, and did a wonderful job with our German shepherd’s amputation. They sent updates on how she was doing through out her time in the icu that helped us stay calm. Thank you so much!
