Recently my cat Felix, my companion and best friend for 15 yrs let me know it was time for him to leave me and it was extremely hard for me to say goodbye to him. I can't express how grateful I am to all the Doctors and Staff at VESH for they're outstanding compassion and professionalism they showed me in my time of need. I am comforted knowing Felix passed on peacefully and that I was able to be with him to say goodbye.

Brought my cat in due to a skin issue and behavior changes…over grooming/unsociable. I filled out the form online around 9pm and was called within minutes. I was told that there were 15 pets to be seen before me but they could text or call when I could bring Mr Big in. Around 2:30 I received a call, took him in and everyone was wonderful. Let start by saying I have never left a review on anything in my life. I felt compelled to do so in this situation. Last Sunday I lost my best friend. We had our new kitten about 1 1/2 weeks and she was so sick! They took such great care of her. We are lucky to have her alive and kicking, thanks to the awesome team there! I can’t say enough! I called Deerfield emergency veterinarian service at 10:30 Friday night April 17. They came out as soon as I got there which was 45 minutes later and got my dog Ladybug. Although it was a long triage, they were absolutely amazingly wonderful and so kind. Ladybug has/had kennel cough they gave her the drugs that were necessary, they took very good care of her even during the covered 19 virus. They called the next day to make sure that she was OK. I cannot speak highly enough about these vets professionalism and kindness. When they learned that my cat Jenny was no longer able to stand and was crying plaintively, they urged me to bring her in immediately. When we arrived and they learned of her condition, they called out "Triage!" and someone rushed in to take her to an exam room. Immediately she was given medication to end her suffering.
