Thank you so much for the kind and loving care you gave to my Deisel in his final time of life. We appreciate all you did and the cremation gifts where beautiful. It wasn't our plan to put him down in a hospital but he took that choice from us as it was a Sunday. I just wanted to say I couldn't of asked for a better experience with strangers that seemed to love our boy as much as we did. 💙

We brought our sweet kitty here at 8 pm at night when she began to act “not herself”. When we arrived we called and moments later she passed away in our car. The tech came running out and took her in and tried to revive her. Unfortunately, it was our kitty’s time to go to Heaven and the tech brought her back to us in a cardboard “casket” with a heart and her name on it. Overall I would say our general experience was a good one. They were very kind to me on the phone before I arrived and then came out to get my dog right away. They were extremely busy with animals that were more sick than mine so I understand why I had to wait so long after they brought my dog inside. My one complaint is that I was not contacted by the doctor for five hours as I waited in my car. Again I understand that she was busy with emergencies but having someone else give me a call and update me on the condition of my ... read more

Got my very sick cat in right away. Very compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarians. Unfortunately my cat didn’t make it but they did everything they could to help him and kept me well-informed along the way. Veterinary hospitals are stretched so thin right now and I truly appreciate everything they did for my cat Dobby. I felt comfortable knowing he was in good hands. The vets and techs here have always been kind, compassionate, patient, and helpful. I can’t begin to imagine working in the only ER vet in western MA that’s open 24 hours and still maintaining the professionalism they have. They were amazing with our dog during his last years with heart disease, and very comforting during his passing. Thank you for doing what you do; you are very much appreciated!

In the late hours of the evening, my 15 year old cat, Hobbs, showed signs of possible constipation. She has also been dealing with CRF for a few years now. Mikala was so kind and supportive when I phoned to talk about having Hobbs seen. Dr. Sullivan and the overnight staff were very responsive, and gave us updates by phone because of COVID19 protocol.
