Get directionsWe went for an Oncologist appointment. The Dr. spent a considerable amount of time explaining our dogs situation and answered all our questions. The staff was wonderful as well.

We went to our regular vet and were told our pup had damaged her ACL but they didn't do that surgery and gave us the names of two reputable specialty hospitals. Neither could take her until 3-4 months for a consult, they quoted us the price to do the consult and then schedule surgery. I wasn't aware that our local hospital wasn't just for emergency but did specialty treatment. My 3 year old Rotti was having digestive issues, pretty severe. We brought her to VESH who recommended exploratory surgery, which she had. The very limited doctor interaction was encouraging, although not satisfying. However, one staff member was superb...the rest were robotic amd scripted in their responses and absolutely no follow up on their part. They're just too busy! As the dog "mom", concerned and anxious, never mind the mind-blowing expense, I am not and have not been thrilled with my experience.

As I type this review my dog Andy is currently in their care- despite the pandemic they took him in quickly. They are in contact multiple times a day with updates including via text and everyone I’ve spoken too (reception, nurses and the veterinarians) have been so incredibly kind and patient. The emergency vet hospital is not a place you want to go- but if I ever need too, I will definitely be returning here.

My sweet boy had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. The staff could not have been kinder or more caring, towards my sweet Dodger as well as us. Thank you to all the staff that made my hardest night a little easier with your kindness.

We were very pleased with our experience when our French Bulldog was treated for aspiration pneumonia. Upon our arrival, he was brought in to the clinic in a timely manner and we quickly received a call from the doctor with a plan. Simon required hospitalization which, of course, was worrisome. Communication from the doctors and staff came via text and phone calls, right when we were told they would. We were also told that we could call in for a report or if we had any questions.
