Such an amazing facility. We are so grateful for them!! Our puppy fractured her leg and they were able to promptly get her in for surgery. They made us feel at ease and treated our puppy as if she were a member of their own family. We would highly recommend VESH to anyone with a pet in need of services. Special thanks to Dr. Benson for taking on her surgery and to all of the staff who provided us with updates and gave her lots of love during her time there.

I brought my beloved, sweet boy Buttons in yesterday to be cremated after he left us. He had been a part of our lives for 14 years. My children grew up along side of him and he loved his family so much. He also doubled as my emotional support animal and I am feeling his loss so deeply. I am sorry I do not remember her name, but the woman who took him after our last goodbye was so sweet, kind, patient, and gentle. I will miss him always and I just thank everyone there so much.

The saddest time for anyone with a pet is when you have to say goodbye. This past weekend, my spouse and I had to make a trip to VESH in the middle of the night with Larabee our beagle of 15 and a half years because we knew that it was his time. I am thankful to have not only had a 24 hour resource, but that the VESH staff is so caring and compassionate. While my dog was old and his passing didn’t come as a surprise, the grief is tremendous. Our 7 month old puppy Maverick swallowed my underwear whole…after calling the nearest ER vet as we were skiing in VT they advised me to bring him in to induce vomiting. From the moment we arrived we were treated with much respect. Prompt services saved my boy from a much worse surgery. Glad this is now something we can laugh about.!! Thank you to all the staff who helped us yesterday! I highly recommend your Hospital!!

Efficient, kind, took excellent care of our dogs in a genuine poisoning emergency. Despite the fact that human clients are restricted to the parking lot for covid measures, I was regularly spoken with and never felt out of the loop. It's expensive of course, but considering the facilities they have to maintain and the salaries that must be paid round the clock it was actually less than I had in my head.

My beanie was in great pain and my vet told me he needed an ultrasound to rule out further causes after bloodwork and X-rays. They fit him in and sent him home with steroids and pain meds for an inflamed and injured back. The staff was great and so kind and caring plus everything was explained to me in detail.
