We recently had an emergency with our Shepherd at 8:30 pm, in our frantic call, the voice that answered was calming and reassuring. When we arrived after a 45 minute drive, they immediately took him in and was in constant contact with us. The staff was gentle and caring with him. When we took him to our vet for a check up a week later, she was very impressed with the care and thorough examination given. Thank you for your kindness 🐾🐾💜

On Feb 10 we had a emergency with Our best friend Rex, I frantically called the hosp and was calmed down by the voice who answered she explained after my tearful voice that they were busy but to register on my 1 hr ride in and call them Once I got there and they would triage him to ease my worry, upon arrival they came right out took him in, within 10 min I had a call from the Vet who explained everything they would do to see what the problem Was, after a few hours she called us very calmly and explained what she found and h... read more

They are the only facility I can find that will let you register online for an urgent care visit and wait at home until they message you to come in. They were very kind and supportive when I had to make a difficult decision for my pet.

Such an amazing facility. We are so grateful for them!! Our puppy fractured her leg and they were able to promptly get her in for surgery. They made us feel at ease and treated our puppy as if she were a member of their own family. We would highly recommend VESH to anyone with a pet in need of services. Special thanks to Dr. Benson for taking on her surgery and to all of the staff who provided us with updates and gave her lots of love during her time there.

I brought my beloved, sweet boy Buttons in yesterday to be cremated after he left us. He had been a part of our lives for 14 years. My children grew up along side of him and he loved his family so much. He also doubled as my emotional support animal and I am feeling his loss so deeply. I am sorry I do not remember her name, but the woman who took him after our last goodbye was so sweet, kind, patient, and gentle. I will miss him always and I just thank everyone there so much.
