I couldn’t be more happy with everything they did for my cat. They couldn’t have been more helpful and explained everything I needed to know and to expect through the whole process of getting my pet fix up. Everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the surgeon that called me after the surgery to tell me everything went well we’re great. I felt like anybody I spoke with throughout the whole process would have answered every question I had. Very professional start to finish. Thank you for everything your team did for my c... read more

I cannot say enough good about this excellent facility! The staff are extremely efficient, hardworking and upbeat. I immediately felt like everything was going to be okay with my male show Saluki when I brought him in for sutures from being bit in the neck by another dog. They did a superb job of stapling the wound shut. I think that he will wind up with only a small scar. Thank you so much! I am grateful such a treasure is in our area.

I am so grateful to the team at VESH for saving my dog's life after he was hit by a car and suffered life-threatening injuries. We received immediate attention upon arrival, and every doctor, nurse and technician I dealt with was incredibly caring, compassionate, and communicative throughout the whole ordeal. I especially appreciated the text messages I received each morning with an update on how Malcolm did overnight. It was so reassuring to me that Malcolm was in the care of such a capable and dedicated medical team.

Business response:

Thank you so much for your kind words and support, Emily Ann, we truly appreciate it. Malcolm certainly went through quite a lot and we hope that he is doing better at home. Please keep us updated on his progress, we all adored caring for him!

We brought our big boy kitty Rufus in because he wasn't eating and barely walking. The Doctor informed us that he had a urinary blockage. They were able to take care of him and make him feel better. They have kept us informed this entire time and I couldn't be more grateful to them for saving his life. Thank you guys so much and we can't wait to pick him up

Business response:

You are so very welcome, Michael. Rufus is such a big, handsome boy and we adore him!

Took good care of my dog over a 5 day emergency stay. I would say they need to improve their phones as there are times you can not get through for hours bc it’s busy??! That is upsetting when you’re having an emergency. Otherwise the care was good and the staff was helpful.

Business response:

Thank you for your support, Nancy. We certainly can understand how you feel about our phone lines being busy - we have 6 of them and they are constantly busy. We even have cell phones that the doctors use so that they do not tie up the incoming lines, that is just how many clients we are speaking to all the time.

My 9 year old male cat chewed on an Easter Lily plant. He became violently ill. I called poison control and they said to get him to an emergency vet hospital immediately. Easter Lily’s are toxic to cats and can cause kidney failure if not treated immediately. I called and was told to bring him ASAP. I called from the parking lot when I arrived and they came right out and took him in. He spent 3 days there on an IV flushing out his kidneys. They called and texted me every day with an update. He is home now but still getting b... read more

My dog Maple ate a poisonous mushroom. 😕The Vesh team took such great care of her! She is only 13 weeks old and was not a huge fan of being in a crate so they carried her around and gave her extra love during her overnight stay. We can’t thank them enough! 💕

Business response:

Thank you so much for your support, Allison. We did truly adore Maple - she is just the cutest little girl! Give her a great big snuggle from all of us.
