RecommendedMy Rocky , (dog)was having seizures one after another . Called Vet ER Specialty told to bring in . The staff was very concerned checked on Rocky, inform me as soon they examine him . Rocky was very sick . The Dr spoke with me explained every thing . I have to make a decision .Sad but Rocky went to heaven . We are forever grateful for the staff at VESH and Dr. Benson for the work he did to save our boy, Ollie who had to have emergency PU surgery 2-weeks ago. We made dozens of phone calls during this 2-week period and they picked the phone up on less than 2-3 rings without fail and answered all our questions no matter what we asked with great respect at all hours of the day/night. We brought our dog, Archie, in on 1/10 in the early morning after he woke up crying and just acting weird. We live over an hour away and this was the closest emergency veterinarian. They weren’t too busy when we got there and got him in right away. Staff were super friendly and treated us and him like we were regulars, explaining every step of the way and being transparent about costs. I recommend them when your pet has a medical emergency and your regular vet is not able to provide the specialty care required and when you have a emergency and your vet is closed. Also helpful for people who are not able to take their pet to a vet that is open limited hours or not taking new patients due to covid. My dog was hit by a car, we drove an hour to the hospital, and they were fantastic. They answered the phone, came right out, took our dog right away and made her a priority. They stayed in touch with us as they did their tests and were extremely efficient! Would highly recommend and wish they were closer to my primary home location. They followed up and were responsive and professional and took great care of our dog!
