Hi, we brought our dog, Maya, in because our little scamp got into a bag of dark chocolate Cadbury mini eggs a friend of our child’s had brought over. The staff immediately responded with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Without them springing into action to immediately induce complete emptying of her stomach, we would have had a tragedy on our hands. They kept her as comfortable as they could while they monitored her vitals and the veterinary staff spoke with ASPCA Poison Control (every pet owner should program that n... read more

Business response:

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re so glad you trusted us with her care when it mattered most. Chocolate ingestion can become very serious very quickly, so getting her in when you did truly made all the difference. We’re grateful we could act quickly to help her, keep her comfortable, and monitor her closely. It means a lot to hear that you felt supported and informed throughout the process, especially during such a stressful situation. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the entire team who were ... read more

Our 10-year-old dog experienced abdominal distress after hours, so we took him to Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Clinic, where we were warmly greeted by caring staff. A veterinary tech carefully listened to our concerns and noted his anxiety with vet visits, yet he calmly walked with her for his exam. Although the wait was long due to more critical cases, Dr. Pinochi was attentive and unhurried when we met with her. She clearly explained his condition and treatment, answered all our questions, and even offered guidance on ... read more

Business response:

Everyone at VESH was kind and caring. Jazzer received the emergent care she needed in a timely manner (they were very busy that night). They were quick to answer an anxious mom’s questions and the doctors were good about updating me in her condition.

Our dog accidentally got ahold of a corn cob and swallowed it WHOLE before we could even blink! I checked in online on our way to the hospital and they called right away to talk about Moose and our situation. When we got there, everyone was so kind and they took him back quickly, induced vomiting, and retrieved the corn cob fast and safely! He had a great recovery and is doing well! I can’t recommend this hospital enough!! Dr. Ward and his team were wonderful!!

Business response:

We're delighted to hear about Moose's successful recovery! Dr. Ward and the team are grateful for your kind words.

We were referred by our primary care vet to provide care over the July 4th holiday as our primary care vet would be closed and our dog, Lilly, was in severe need of hospitalization due to peritonitis. We are so thankful this hospital was open and provided care over the holiday weekend. Despite being super busy, they sent pictures and updates regularly. Thankful for care Lilly received.

Business response:

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad we were able to be there for Lilly when she needed it most, especially over the holiday weekend. Peritonitis is serious, and our team worked hard to make sure she was comfortable and closely monitored, we’re so happy to hear the updates and photos helped ease a bit of the worry during such a stressful time. Please give Lilly some extra love from all of us, and we’re wishing her continued healing and strength!

We cannot thank the staff at VESH enough! Dr. MJ and her surgery staff (Macey and Amelia), to Chloe in the ICU watching over our sweet girl that night, we can’t thank them all enough. They removed a mass from our Great Dane’s back and she’s been doing amazing. If you follow what the staff tell you to do post-op, the recovery has been successful! Thank you to all the VESH staff for treating our girl like one of your own and getting us on the road to recovery and many more healthy years to come! ❤️

Business response:

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Sadie is doing so well after surgery. Dr. MJ, Macey, Amelia, Chloe, and the rest of the team were honored to care for her and we’re so glad she’s on the road to recovery. It means the world to us that you felt supported and that she was treated like one of our own, because that’s exactly what we aim for. Wishing you and Sadie many happy, healthy years ahead and extra snuggles from all of us here at VESH!

Brynn and I had a consult with Dr. Douglas Winter regarding her dental issues. He explained exactly what needed to be done to extract a loose lower canine tooth. He kept me updated during the procedure. The estimate was just as expected. Brynn spent 5 hours in their care. She is making an uneventful recovery at home. I very much appreciate the knowledge and gentle care provided to my beloved girl. Highly recommend.

Business response:

We're absolutely thrilled to hear about Brynn's successful procedure and recovery. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
