They are the most amazing & knowledgeable staff of doctors. Wichita is so very fortunate to have a hospital like this available to us for our pets to have such professional and excellent care. Everyone from the personnel staff to the doctors were so nice & accommodating during our pet’s emergency stay. Never acted like they were upset or annoyed with us calling every couple hours checking on our pet for 5 days. Thanks to all of staff our girl was able to come home!!

We don’t even know where to begin with how thankful and eternally grateful we are for the doctors and staff at VESH of Wichita. We had a real scare with our mini golden doodle, Pozey. Dr. Howell responded immediately and took her in for emergency surgery. We were a worried wreck and the staff constantly updated us, sent us pics, texted, called, you name it; they did it. Let me just say that from start to finish, all the staff at this facility treated us and our kitties with the utmost care and respect. We had a life-threatening emergency with both of our cats that was very scary for all of us. We never felt rushed when Dr. Alex and Dr. Christinat called us to give updates on how our cats were doing. They took all the time we needed to answer our questions. About a year ago our pup jumped/fell out of the car window on our way to the dog park around 5pm. She was scraped up and a bloody mess. We went straight to VESHW. As panicked puppy parents the staff helped by not only taking great care of our pup but also by calming our nerves. Our pup was treated so well while spending the evening with VESHW staff. She made a full recovery.

The staff that worked with our girl on her last night were nothing short of incredible. We ended up having to say goodbye and they were so kind and accommodating. We were allowed to bring our pup outside onto some grass and her own blanket for her final moments. Every little gesture meant the world to us. A tech offered us bug spray, another held a clipboard for me and walked me through the paperwork while I held onto my girl.
