We were visiting Indianapolis and Vida was recommended to us by a friend. I made reservations without knowing much about the restaurant or the area.We were celebrating a special occasion with another couple and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! We were extremely delighted with the meal, the service, and the location. We each selected different items from the 4 course menu and every one of them was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a lovely evening and will go again when we visit Indianapolis next time.
Love this place! Favorite restaurant in indy
We have been to Vida on several occasions and have never been disappointed. However, whilst the waiter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the service was not as attentive as hoped and the wait time between courses was excessively long. This was the first time this has ever happened and we're hoping it is just a once off. Still our favorite restaurant in Indy and would definitely recommend.
Shane was an excellent server. Care was taken to describe menu options. With one exception (below) dinner was an unhurried, delightful experience. One of the entrees (served to a lactose intolerant guest) had dairy in it. Manager was however very solicitious and comped the mentioned guest's meal. One hiccup which should have been avoided, but otherwise a strong four star experience!
Great fixed menu. Each course was flavorful and the wine pairings were well selected. Highly recommended.
The appetizers were good. The entree was so so considering the price. There was a miscommunications by the trainee but the staff apologizes nicely. 3.5 hours for dinner, too long for the whole experience.
Went for the bf’s birthday and had the 4 course seasonal menu. Everything was fantastic & the chef made him a special dessert & presented to him personally. Excellent food & service. Highly recommend!
Fantastic meal. Pricey. We did the 4 course meal. My hamachi was wonderful. Beet salad was great. Agnolotti (vegetarian) was flavorful and light. Get the doughnuts for dessert. The doughnuts are terrific! Wine is expensive, but we enjoyed it.
Outstanding service and food! It was perfect for our date night.
