Our first visit to Vida was disappointing; slow service, poor pacing, and an overall frustrating experience. However, after sharing our concerns, Jared, the general manager, personally invited us back to give Vida another chance. We decided to take that chance and return for our anniversary, and I’m so glad we did. Vida completely redeemed itself, delivering an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. Service was great, Josh was knowledgeable and very pleasent . My companion and I had the four course dinner, everything was cooked to perfection. The quality of the ingredients were evident in all the dishes.

After a disappointing first visit, we were personally invited back by Jared, the general manager, to give Vida another chance and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was a night-and-day difference. Every issue we previously encountered was not only addressed but exceeded our expectations in every way.
