Exceptional meal...a rare find in Indy. Food and wine pairings are AMAZING...with a very experienced staff. There seems to be an emphasis on wine purchases, which was the only slight turn off because our waiter asked us about 4 times if we would like a bottle of wine, after we had already ordered 3 glasses plus beer. Still the best of the best in Indy. Creative and imaginative cuisine carefully articulated by one of the best young chefs in America. Subtle but flavorable perfectly cooked courses designed to delight even the most discriminating palette! It does not get any better in Indy. Close your eyes and pretend you are in the heart of Paris and enjoy.
Great food with unique offerings and stellar service in a contemporary environment. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, and made appropriate suggestions.

We loved it. The food and the tastes were great. We loved the foie gras. Really great. We had the pork collar which was exceptional and the opah fish which was great. The only thing we thought could be improved was the selection of desserts. None really grabbed us. We really liked the wine recommendations. They were great.

We were celebrating my birthday with my husband, son and his girlfriend. What a very cool restaurant! Loved the greens wall, our server was amazing and explained all of our questions and did a great job of describing food. We will return for another special occasion.

The foie gras that chef Thomas has on the menu right now is AMAZING!!!! It is so rich and creamy!!! The beef tartare with the bone marrow was full of flavor and very satisfying. I had the pork collar and it was incredibly tender and paired well with the greens and the silky potatoes. The goat cheese brulee was creamy and complimented by the beets and figs. We also had the panna cotta and chef Hattie makes the silkiest panna cotta around!! I would definitely recommend everything!!!
