Celebrated youngest daughter's engagement. Was not mentioned at all, even though Vida knew ahead of time. Disappointed, Difficulty in understanding our waitress in explaining the menu. Foreign accent. Did not realize that the online menu is different than the menu that was handed to us as we were seated. May try again, not for certain.
Our first visit to Vida, and look so forward to returning! Took another couple of "foodies" with us. It was unanimous! We all loved the evening. Very creative cuisine, excellent service and a comfortable, upscale setting. Perfect! We chose the 4 course meal and every meal was excellent. Thank you for a most enjoyable evening.
My group of four enjoyed dinner, dessert and drinks on a recent Saturday night. Everything was delicious and the service and ambiance were exceptional.
Vida was a dining experience, not just a place to get food. The four course meal option is a great value and provides you with access to the entire menu, not a limited selection. The ricotta doughnuts were amazing and a wonderful way to wrap up the meal.

Vida is one of the best restaurants for a reason - the food is amazing. You can order either the tasting 4 course dinner or ala carte. Highly recommend you save your appetite for this gourmet experience. They have a wall of greens that literally is a wall of veggies growing that they use in their dishes. Everything is wonderful.
Vida is a true gem. We will definitely be back. Vida is a the manifestation of nuance and balance. The restaurant is sophisticated yet casual in a manner suiting Indianapolis. The food is creative and beautiful prepared, yet at its heart quite classic as far as American fine dining is concerned. Service was professional, friendly, knowledgeable yet not over the top. I'm so glad that a restaurant of this caliber fits in right in downtown Indy.
Love the menu. Even though it took longer than expected, our waiter was great and very attentive.
We just found Vida on Open Table. What a wonderful experience, it has redefined Indianapolis for us. Can't wait till I am back in Indy again.
