Verified Renter Overall it’s a good neighborhood. I like the improvements that are being made. The property owner changes & management turnover rate has created some confusion over the years. Communication is hopefully getting better with the new management team under the current company. The management team is more accessible to tenants now, which is a nice change. Versus previously tenants would always go to voicemail without a return call.

Verified Renter Nice, clean and pretty quiet most of the time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home. The area is very close to shopping and restaurants if you don’t want to travel too far from home.

Verified Renter Since the latest management I have seen better phone answering, fast problem solving, faster responses from maintenance, home improvement, and an increase in rent but my rent always increases. They actually got the renovation units completed even though I can’t afford the upgrade anymore. I never had an issue with any policy such as grills only how the message is delivered and if it’s within the guidelines or if the messenger is just trying to avoid potential conflict later. Verified Renter Amazing staff! Easy and quick move in! The new staffing is great and they keep you up to date on everything going on in the neighborhood. It’s a great place to stay.
Verified Renter Enjoy the fact that the minute you put a maintenance request they come within the hour. On top of that this place is kid friendly and pet friendly.
