Corinna and Bob were very friendly and flexible to work with! They had the perfect Highlander that fit my needs. I was in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department to any one looking for a vehicle.
I’m have purchase two vehicles and the last one I purchase I told them that I didn’t want to buy any extras of any kind and when I received my first invoice I noticed 1800 more that what i agreed of paying. I call Toyota and they told me that it was for an extended warranty which I never agreed. For me this is theft from the people that works at the village polite Toyota. Thiefs

Bought a vehicle from them from out of state, asked about any issues/problems. I was told everything was good, but 30 seconds behind the wheel and you realize that there's something majorly wrong with the transmission, that anyone would notice. Ha, then they post this comment. Not recommended, very unorganized and unknowledgeable in all areas and horrible communication. Employee turnaround is amazing, doubt there's an employee left from when I purchased truck new 2 years ago, Again not recommended.

Bought a used car and declined $500 paint protection. When I was ready to leave I saw they had charged me for it. When I approached the Fiance manager he just smiled and said the put it on all the cars they sell. It was like talking to a carnival barker. I'll never go back.

I’m confident they don’t fully inspect their used inventory. I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago that was later determined to have bad breaks and alignment. I was treated poorly as they knew my hands were tied due to my previous lease. I will likely either trade the vehicle in at another dealership or seek assistance another way. Buyer beware!

Service center is awful. I was told I’d have my vehicle back in 2 hours; 4 hours later I called and a rude receptionist transferred me to a voicemail. I left one and called back 30 minutes later - 5 hours after I dropped it off. Another message left. Finally my rep called and said it’d be another 3 hours. I specifically dropped it off first thing as I was told they’d get it done quicker. They are liars, not honest, receptionist is rude. We want to caution anyone considering a used vehicle from this dealership! We traveled from out of state to test drive a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We requested a copy of the inspection checklist which showed all items (including the suspension) were in good condition. We purchased the 4Runner and took it to our local mechanic the next business day. The mechanic told us that the shocks were completely blown.
