Received a coupon for a oil change and made an appointment. When I arrived I was told they weren't honoring the coupon even though it was not expired. Brandon the manager gave me a completely different reason for not accepting the coupon than the service technician. It was a complete bait and switch operation. You could not pay me to go back to this place. Wouldn’t even give them one star. Poor attentiveness and NO communication. Had made an appointment over a week prior and when I arrived no one approached me. For minutes. I had to walk up to someone and ask what was going on. I 100% regret my purchase. The finance team lied through their teeth and used high pressure sales tactics to seek an over priced car warranty. There is a reason they don’t give you time to read the warranty. Brian Sharp circled a paragraph on all the things it did not cover. This was a lie because the paragraph below it lists more things it doesn’t cover. Very sleezy business tactics. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke. I took the vehicle to have it inspected and an exhaust issue was identified. The service department "fixed" it by attaching an aftermarket exhaust pinned it (should have been floating) to the flange on the original exhaust. This caused the exhaust pipe to break and $2500 worth of repair work at the Nissan Dealership.

Wasn't sure which salesman I was working with and seemed to have lots of miscommunication.
