I waited awhile for my self imposed cooling off period to write this review. In a few words, I will NEVER buy and DON’T RECOMMEND that anyone else buy a car trom Village Pointe Toyota. They are the slimiest, shadiest sleeziest bunch of sales and finance people in the Omaha area. They will lie through their teeth and bend every truth possible to sell you a car. Stay away from them! Take your Toyota buying business elsewhwhere.

service department was not very good with communication on what was done need done and other options I took car in for transmission issue they automatically said needs new cause they don't like to repair transmissions and when I asked about repair the quote was not written and was verbal only and I also questioned what test was done and how did they perform test to verify that work was done but they stated more diagnostic would be required to pin point issue this was when I already was here to pick up car not in the 3 time I... read more

Crooks! I recently purchased a new car here and am very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and was very excited to do so. I worked extremely hard to save up a sizeable down payment to make it happen. My initial sale person Yann was amazing. somewhere along the way things went terrible. I paid for add ons that I knew nothing about. One is "Club Plus" I still don't know what that is. The other is a "Vehicle Service Agreement" not exactly sure what that is either. I believe that it'... read more

Ripped off/Bait and switch in service department: Went into the service department page on the Toyota website and looked up my vehicle to schedule maintenance. On the website all the prices were listed for the recommended services for my specific vehicle. I selected the standard oil change for $89.99 and scheduled a time. Took my vehicle in this morning dropped it off, met with the “check-in” guy (Cris V.) who asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no, “thank you - I just had them all replaced. I just need to see oil ... read more

Very disappointed with the “bait & switch “ tactics used by their used vehicle sales department. This is lengthy but worth reading: They have a 2001 Ford F250 with the 7.3 diesel, but it has 270,000 miles, for $16,000. Then they said $11,000 and $3000 for a trade in vehicle. Sales then said it’s yours for $9000, with $3000 for your trade. After leaving the dealership, a call back offer of $8000 was made so the Sales Manager had to be consulted. A few minutes later the salesman called back and said they’d accept $11,000 with ... read more

In August in took my 2009 Camry in for a broken trunk latch. I also requested an oil change. The diagnostic charge for the broken latch was $140, the oil change was $90, and a $23 Shop supply cost (whatever that is). It was going to be another $557 for parts and labor to repair the trunk latch. I told them to put my car back together, wrote them a check, and took my car to Baxter Toyota to have the latch fixed. I will never go back to Village Point Toyota.

I am not a person that will write view but this time I have to. this is based on honesty. worse experience we ever had with Toyota dealer. we are a lifelong Toyota brand. if 0 is an option, I will give 0. my husband and I went from MN to buy a Toyota tundra 2022 from Village Pointe. We deal with Jose R. the salesman. everything was great with Jose. Finance was partially done pervious to our arrival. Spoke to Dave (senior finance manager), he said with our great credit score, there shouldn't be any issue. when we arrived, Jos... read more
