Vince is the best. He knows the ins-and outs of every aspect of the loan process, gives recommendations, plays out different options and scenarios that might be best for each borrower's circumstances. He is incredibly responsive/knowledgeable. I have recommended Vince to many friends and family over the years and would never use anyone else. Vince reached out to us about refinancing our 30 year mortgage. We just bought a house less than a year ago so we didn’t think about refinancing. We are so glad that Vince reached out to us because we are going to save tons of cash! Vince got the refinance complete extremely fast and was always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend Vince to home buyers or anyone looking to refinance.

Vince made the refinance process easy and understandable. He took the time to answer any of our questions on the detailed paperwork required, and followed up with us directly after to make sure everything was satisfactory. In addition, we had a personal issue come up months after the refi was finished, and I called just to get some clarification from his point of view.
