Charged $193 for "confirmation" that my washer pump was broken and had me wait 2 hours to not service it or give me the option to. Wasted my time and money and I highly recommend people to NOT come here for your vehicle maintenance.
Wait was like 2 hours for an oil change!
I was a bit disappointed with my experience in regards to the service of my Hyundai ELANTRA. All I had done was an oil change and a tire rotation and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for two hours..
Took my car in to get diagnostic test done because check engine light was done. They never called me to come pick up my car when the test was done. I had to call them. Then they told me they had to wait to get wait part numbers to see if the parts were covered by the warranty. Didn't hear anything from them in a week so I called again, they were still waiting for part numbers. Didn't hear anything from them for 2 and a half more weeks. They did not get us in very timely and continually said we were next up and it kept taking longer. They did efficiently use their time as we had some recall items they could have done after looking at the car and ordering parts that were then waited on. Also, we took it in for a very specific issue and they sent videos that did not address the issue we took it in for. When quoting repairs they first quoted the repairs not addressing the reason I took the car in.
They have had my vehicle for over 2 months for warranty covered work and I still do not have my car back. They also wrecked my vehicle while in their care and are still waiting on repairs from that as well.
The service was very slow. I had my truck in there for 13 days. The work that was done was good though.
They tried to tell me I needed the head gasket replaced at $5000 without even doing a pressure test. Took to another mechanic & everything is fine. They are liars & a rip off. I will never go back.
1) advertise free car wash with service. Even though the weather was nice, no car wash was performed. 2) Tires under inflated. I knew they were low before I took it in but was counting on the Tech to inflate during the tire rotation and 15 pt inspection. Was the rotation even done?
