Excellent service, they really put the customer first!
The customer service was great and the work was done efficiently and right the first time.
Two hours for an oil change is kinda ridiculous, got wiper blades and the one for the back glass was to long. Wasn't checked by service staff. Now waiting for the right size.
I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic review for an electrical issue. Since the appointment was at 8:15AM, I dropped my vehicle off the night prior and placed my keys in the drop box. The day of my appointment, I had not received an update so I called into the service department. I was told the tech was at lunch and would call me back. They ask you to communicate via text and then they don't reply when you text. Asked for information on the cost of another service and never received an answer via text or phone call or when I arrived to pick up the car. I was told the car should be ready by 10-10:30, finally told it was ready around 12:30 when I called due to no response to my text.
No communication, car not done when promised. Then was told the plan for next appointment and never was called , I had to follow up. My problem was the lack of communication
The service advisor would not return my phone calls. I had a transmission service done and they did not change the filter. I asked why they serviced the transmission that way and he said they did not have the recommended tooling to perform the service the way Nissan recommends. If you are an OEM dealership you should have the correct equipment.
Car has 20000 miles on it and they say there is one issue but didn't say what it was. Along with the bent rim that they were told about on first service and they said it need 4 wheel alignment witch they did the problem was still there and 3 services late they said it hit something because there was blood on the bottom of my car. So they say the bent rim was my fault even though I told them about it from my first service. So I'm not happy with the service vista nes.
