They didn't fix the problem and still charged me. Also they washed my truck and didn't bother drying it. In return caused water spots I cannot remove, very upset. They changed management and it wasn't for the best

They were incapable of diagnosing my cars issues. Should I even trust their capability in doing routine maintenance. I was unable to give less than a star review. I had Christian Brothers another service closer to home look at my vehicle. It took them maybe 3 hours to get to and diagnose the problem. Vista had the car for a week, I wont be back.

14k mileage have an issue with the a/c blowing warm. Brought in and returned back to me stating nothing is wrong. I know it's a blend door issue and that would require tearing down the dash. This is pure laziness by the tech. Now I have a low mileage vehicle with a defect the dealership refuses to fix.

They don't call you with updates, and after three repairs, totaling $4K, I keep getting the truck back with the service engine light coming on within 100 miles. Unfortunately, there's no other Nissan dealers around for several hundred miles. They kinda have you by the nads.

The problem wasn't fixed. I brought the truck back within 30 minutes of picking it up. After paying $1600 and waiting a week for parts. Now waiting another week for more parts.

It was okay until they wrecked my car. Time wasn't that great, but what killed it was the wreck.
