Nearly everything in the entire process was a great experience. UNTIL - the car was delivered. There was a 6 inch by 2 inch dent in the passenger door. I was not disclosed in the process.
Kept bringing my vehicle in for issues all revolving around work done at this dealership. They needed my vehicle three times to even notice the front-end clunk you can feel in the floor. It took me less than 5 minutes to show them in the parking lot three days. Now, a clutch repair I had done under warranty is giving me issues 5k miles later. Tried to sell me a break job on rear brakes. Pads had 60% left. Basically criminal what they are doing.
There is a major recall on my 23 Rogue. It is making knocking sounds to the point my wife and I don't trust the vehicle; the knocking has been identified as part of the problem. We purchased all the warranty one could get because we are older and travel lots. What is disturbing is that the Nissan site says it will be late December before a fix is ready. So we purchased another car and its not a Nissan.
Staff was very nice, however they said my battery was good it just needed to charge. I needed a new one, it could not keep a charge. They said it was washed it was not.
I was not told the truth about my potential trade in. I was offered less than market value.
Terrible!! Absolutely horrible.
We still have the same issue that was to be fixed when I bought the car. It was part of the deal. Now I'm being told we have to pay to have all kinds of things fixed on the car. I'm never buying here again and I'm spreading the word. I spent way too much on the service contract. I will also never buy a used car for as much as I did from you. Thanks for the life lesson.
A lousy job was performed on the battery maintenance, could have been alot better.
