The oil change and tire rotate were done correctly. I requested that they quote me a price to replace the rear tailgate latch and clock spring and they charged me $40.00. A shop shouldn't charge someone for a quote and no diagnosis.
Car went in for oil change running normally and left with a christmas tree on the dashboard, and not one but two bad batteries, both with blown cells and no explanation. 0/10 would not recommend. Only take a car there if you want them to invent new problems you didn't have before.
I was looking at a used truck. Was told it had a few minor scratches. I then asked for a walk around video to see the scratches as I didn't live local to the dealership and was considering putting a deposit on the truck until we could come get it. They sent me a video and the scratches were far from minor scratches. Why can't there be honest car salesman in this world. I will never consider purchasing from this dealership again.
Technician was supposed to look at 4 wheel drive and said nothing was wrong. It has a clunk in it when u drive it in 4 wheel drive. So I don't think he looked to good.
After waiting two weeks to get in to the first appointment, it took over two hours for an oil change only to have to go back due to the car leaking oil. They did get me in right away the second time which caused all of the other people who had appointments to wait longer for their cars. It took another two hours the second time, and they tried to charge me $142. I refused and told them it was a problem they created, and they needed to fix it. The service I received for my vehicle was poor. Tires were not inspected as asked. Took my vehicle to Discount Tire. They found two screws. One in each tire. This was missed by Nissan. Now I am doubting if the tires were rotated or if the oil was changed. I won't be returning.

Took truck in for it slamming when put in drive I was told it's a Cummins that's what they do and of course fourth time it goin in was refused to fix the problem have had problems with getting stuff fix since I bought the truck and when I bought they left out letting me know info on the truck
Inspections not completed as I was told they were.
