This is the second time I've ordered food from Vita Bella and I love their ravioli. I had that again cuz it's my fav but we also ordered some pizza. The pizza was made fresh and hot from the kitchen. I've been to Italy and the pizza here was good quality. I saw some photos posted by others but again today my pizza was awesome. The dine in area is cozy and nice ambience. just went to pick up a pizza I ordered , and after literally sitting there for 15 minutes while the pizza sat there on the counter , because the girl working the counter totally ign not only myself , but every other caller while she talked about BB-Q sauce for a catering order . at least 3 people hung up and I finally left . there's a Rosattis across the street with better prices and pizza . was a loyal customer , but not anymore . TA , TA , vita Bella . not good to start loosing customers because of a dingbat .
Should've used my gut with the reviews. Waited over a hour n pizza arrived cold and greasy smh. Thanks I guess.
Poor hygiene. . Manager stinks, not using deodorant. Not customer care attitude, look like we need them they don't need customers
Their website is horrible. I know this is my fault and I should have read it closely but when you click on "classic Pepperoni" one would expect it to be a normal pepperoni pizza, nope! It comes with onions, mushrooms and green peppers. The manager told me that I had to "Click" on build your own. REALLY?? Needless to say we haven't ordered from here in a while and now I know why. The manager gave me a speech about how much pizza cost to make...that was fun.
good news: the pizza is very good bad news: you may never get it. We cancelled again[!] because, for the second time, we found that 40 minutes after the pizza should have arrived, "we're still working on it... we're very busy tonight."
You could honor the old coupons until they run out. I had to pay money to buy those pizzas originally so why can't I use the coupons until I run out of them? That's ridiculous!
Yikes!! We were super excited to try a new place heard some good feedback. Ordered a thin crust Margherita pizza and when we went to eat the pizza to our surprise it was loaded with dice tomatoes instead of an actual sauce. Definitely not a Margherita pizza in fact I don't even what that abomination was. To completely eliminate a pizza sauce and serve cheese over diced tomatoes is just insane. Please update that pizza so misleading for a $30 pizza.
Here we go again....... I keep trying to give them my business and this is the final straw. I only received half of my order. When I called to complain the manager talked over me the whole time and stated "we are sending the rest of your order now" and hung up. I now have to wait for the other half of my order while the first half of my order gets cold. I will never order from here again and strongly advise anyone reading this review to do the same.
