You could honor the old coupons until they run out. I had to pay money to buy those pizzas originally so why can't I use the coupons until I run out of them? That's ridiculous!

Yikes!! We were super excited to try a new place heard some good feedback. Ordered a thin crust Margherita pizza and when we went to eat the pizza to our surprise it was loaded with dice tomatoes instead of an actual sauce. Definitely not a Margherita pizza in fact I don't even what that abomination was. To completely eliminate a pizza sauce and serve cheese over diced tomatoes is just insane. Please update that pizza so misleading for a $30 pizza.

Here we go again....... I keep trying to give them my business and this is the final straw. I only received half of my order. When I called to complain the manager talked over me the whole time and stated "we are sending the rest of your order now" and hung up. I now have to wait for the other half of my order while the first half of my order gets cold. I will never order from here again and strongly advise anyone reading this review to do the same.

I recently placed an order for a pizza. I was excited to use my box tops because I finally saved up enough. Found out that they don't take these coupons anymore which is ridiculous because I still had to buy all the pizzas to earn them so in my opinion they should allow people to use them until nobody else has them because they're not even still using those boxes anymore so no one's going to be earning any new ones but they should still validate everybody that still has the old ones because they had to spend money at their r... read more

The service and food was good, but the place was absolutely disgusting. I sat down and there are spider webs everywhere crumbs everywhere and flies everywhere. The silver wear was disgusting and had food crust all over them and stains. Not to mention it was hot there was no ac on in 87 degrees. Please wash your place

Prices on my check where drastically different from the menu. My $9.99 meal was $17.99 on my check. My total check went from $66 to $48. When I asked to speack to the manager about the prices on my check, I showed him the prices on his menus and the price he put on my check. He said he had to raise his prices and hasn't gotten his new menu in yet. Also that he reserves the right to change the prices when he needs to. What a shame. We have been ordering from here for years and the quality has gone down hill. Deep dish was very soggy, mozzarella sticks were cold as well as the beef sandwich. Took over 1.5 hours to be delivered. We will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza good, customer service is horrible. Tonight's Chicago deep dish order was wrong! Cheese and spinach is easy to get right.. not for the Vita Bella staff. The order was repeat back to me correctly. So what happened? This is the 2nd order is as many months - unacceptable. Ever heard a real reason and mngt was unapologetic about it. Will not be ordering again soon.

Thursday night 6:30. Basically one employee running the whole show. He seated us, and was our server. Only four tables seated. Sweet guy, but very slow service. Warm bread served at the table. Olive oil on all the tables, but all were close to empty. Ordered a cup of minestrone, a vita bella beef sandwich, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was served nice and hot.
