Owner took our order and messed it up. Didn't give itemitized receipt for what we ordered. Spent a hundred dollars on an awful experience and an owner who could care less about customer
horrible experience! ordered online, called twice when food didn't show up on time, then called and spoke to a manager about eve food showing up 30 min late/cold/wrong and his answer was "I don't know what to tell you, we are really busy"! unbelievable...you lost our business forever thank you for making it easy to choose another pizza spot.
Ordered pizza tonight. Not only is it ridiculously expensive, but we were given the wrong toppings even after the girl read it back to me correctly! My husband goes at the designated time and the pizza was not ready. He was told twice that it would be five more minutes. Once he gets home we see that the toppings were not what we ordered. Terrible service.. food was even worse. Ambiance was nice but man what a disaster of an experience. Get there on Saturday at 9:45p.m. No one else in the restaurant other than the young lady who sat the two of us. She asks what we like to drink and walks away. 10 mins later, here comes the wine and water. Ordered our food. I asked for spaghetti with marinara sauce and side of sausage. I know I know, I should only order pizza from Vita Bella. But, I tried the chicken parm and an order of meatballs. Horrible! Meatballs were ROCKS and the chicken was over cooked. I never had such a terrible meal. Arrivederci, Vita Bella! Never again

Used to be the best pizza place around, but then they sold out to a new owner. Unfortunately, they changed the sauce and destroyed the flavor that made this place to great. Wish they would have kept using the same ingredients. Now it's just an acidic salty sauce that overpowers the rest of the pizza with no real flavor profile at all. I used to brag about the best thin crust around, but no more. Sad end to what was a great pizza place to be proud of. Not sure if they cheapened the ingredients or just ignored the orig... read more
