If I wanted cold pizza for dinner I would have ordered it yesterday. Usually pretty good but not this time.
What a difference a few years makes, I always said this place was great, but yesterday's fiasco was inexcusable. I ordered online, waited to get update pizza and pasta was done, go in and right away 4 people all waiting. Girl was super pleasant but could not find my pizza, then they have me wait another 30 minutes before deciding to just make a new pizza. horrible experience! ordered online, called twice when food didn't show up on time, then called and spoke to a manager about eve food showing up 30 min late/cold/wrong and his answer was "I don't know what to tell you, we are really busy"! unbelievable...you lost our business forever thank you for making it easy to choose another pizza spot.
Ordered pizza tonight. Not only is it ridiculously expensive, but we were given the wrong toppings even after the girl read it back to me correctly! My husband goes at the designated time and the pizza was not ready. He was told twice that it would be five more minutes. Once he gets home we see that the toppings were not what we ordered.
