Vita Bella has gone way done in quality. I ordered spinach classic pizza 12 inch. When I checked out and picked up the pizza, I knew I was in trouble! There was absolutely no weight to this thin crust pizza. It felt slightly heavier then the box it came in. I open it up and basically got nothing. Barely any spinach on there, even less mozzarella. Vita Bella is good for baiting you with their coupons, but its a joke. They raise their prices, and give you much less for your money. Drive to 95th and go to Lou Malnati or Giordan... read more

I've had enough with this place. I've worked at a pizza place myself. Never was it this bad. I have had enough with their shenanigans for long enough. We order all the time at work or at home and there's always something. It took one full hour from when it was out for delivery to the time we actually got the food. Was burnt and cold. Not the first time that happened. Most of it wasn't even delivered. We had to run out to the driver to get more of it but it still wasn't complete. They gave me a credit for the rest bu... read more

Actually NO STARS! (I had to click one star to post) We went on Mother's Day.....only 2 servers which we didn't realize until we had ordered. BAD MANAGEMENT to leave the staff so short handed. We got our food and Then had to ask several times for silverware, plates and napkins so we could eat. Appetizers came at the END of the meal. Food was barely warm when we got it. They used to have pretty good food here, but it seems that it has changed. We ordered the fried chicken, and it was cold inside, like it was not cooked enough, or they pre-cooked it and didn't microwave it long enough before serving it. I doubt that I will go there again.
