I REALLY don't want to give them a poor review because their food is fantastic, but they have some major staffing issues. Our last few orders have been extremely late and tonight's order never arrived. We actually had to drive to the store, which had a line wrapped around it with angry customers wondering where their orders are, only to find out that they could give us a little something for our trouble but that "something" was cold pizza. It was inedible and ended up in the trash. We will be seeking a refund in the morning ... read more

This place can NOT get an order correct!!! I don't have time to return and wait for the correct food to be prepared. Burnt pizzas, wrong toppings, missing side items, 2 hour waits, you name it. Not sure how they stay in business. Take a minute or two to train your employees. Never again for our family - order at your own risk who knows what you'll get.

What I once thought was a great place to order from for the last 12 years I have now decided is NOT an honest franchise. Took out a double payment. Called a manager who could do nothing but advise me to wait and see if it drops off. Just to have to show up on Monday with proof they double charged. Spoke to owner "Rafa" he claims even though staff error entering a wrong zipcode I have no wait 7 days to see if bank to bank rectifies refund. How's that for customer service. No honor whatsoever.

In the 20 years I've lived in Plainfield we've ordered from VitaBella a good amount of times, a few times for my daughters' bday parties too. My girls & I decided we wanted "better quality" pizza for dinner last night so we ordered an 18" thin with half mushroom, an order of fries & poppers. The delivery window is usually up to an hour & a half but it was delivered in less than an hour by a super nice gal. That's where the positivity ends. The poppers were the best part of the order. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with the quality of Vita Bella, but the service this time ended chances of renewal. We ordered a stuffed pizza w/several toppings. When it arrived it seemed gooey when cutting it.Upon tasting the dough was raw in places.After a call & being on hold for 12 mins. I was told after the manager spoke to the owner my option was to return the pizza for a fresh one. Literally leave the discarded pizza on the step. Would not recommend going here. When I came in to get my pizza the two girls and a man at the phone were not wearing masks and ignored me for 10 mins just talking. The man was even talking loudly how he was "doing" one of their phone girls. Unprofessional and unclean. Next time I'll just order somewhere else
