Delivery took over 3 hours, in which time we were put on hold more than 5 times and almost always hung up on. quality of the pizza and bread has gone down so much. it's just a mess now.
Usually love Vita Bella. In fact, we order from this location all the time. I'm typing this review as I have waited two hours for a pizza and the timeline on the website still says "being prepared." The estimated delivery was 7:05, and it is now 7:45.. I call with no answer or being put on hold with no explanation then a hang up. I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to. Sadly after years of eating here we are now done. We gave you a second chance after a terrible experience a few months ago. Tonight was the last straw. Placed my take out order - was quoted 50 minutes. When we showed up 50 minutes later, they had not even started making our pizzas. We were not the only ones - many others were leaving without pizza. Time to find a new pizza place.

We ordered from here frequently until the other night when our pasta included a huge insect. Didn't ask for this added protein. We are finished with this establishment as they appear to have serious hygiene issues.

the service was great the hostess were very nice and friendly but when it came to the pizza i had to wait almost an hour and 20 minutes for me to get my real pizza because it was burnt two times then i was given the wrong one then when i finally got my pizza the center of the crust was raw. this was the worst food i have ever gotten here. servers names molly and becky
