This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with the quality of Vita Bella, but the service this time ended chances of renewal. We ordered a stuffed pizza w/several toppings. When it arrived it seemed gooey when cutting it.Upon tasting the dough was raw in places.After a call & being on hold for 12 mins. I was told after the manager spoke to the owner my option was to return the pizza for a fresh one. Literally leave the discarded pizza on the step. Would not recommend going here. When I came in to get my pizza the two girls and a man at the phone were not wearing masks and ignored me for 10 mins just talking. The man was even talking loudly how he was "doing" one of their phone girls. Unprofessional and unclean. Next time I'll just order somewhere else

Picked up a pizza for my mother a few days ago and received the wrong pizza. I talked to one of the managers Carlos. He was very unprofessional and didn't seem eager to fix the problem. He was also acting inappropriate towards one of the girls in the front. I usually love this place, but they have definitely gone down hill the last few years. They have a bunch of kids running the place!

Great quality product!!. Curbside and pickup was a cluster though. Curbside turned into lobby pickup for several customers besides myself. Forced to wait inside the lobby with many others during COVID for 30 minutes after being told my order would be up in a few minutes. Turned out that the order was ready the whole time. No offer to make it right. To their credit, the employees were all working very hard to handle the rush. The process failed them. No curbside instructions of any type displayed in the window. Stay away from this pizza place! First of all, the slogan "voted the BEST pizza in Plainfield" must have been by their family members. Pizza was ordered on our first experience and was truly disappointing. Pizza should NOT be sweet, it should have an Italian spice taste. The sauce was miserable. On the second visit, ordered the Half chicken dinner, only to get home and find that I got a half pound of SHRIMP. Called to complain, was told they would deliver to me in 20 minutes. Just tried to order pizza online. An hour later they call and tell us we're too far and they won't deliver. We were willing to go pick it up but they hadn't even made the food yet, even though the projected time for delivery was supposed to be 25 minutes from the time they called. When we asked for a credit for the inconvenience they only offered a $20 credit on an $80 order and then said they could give us a bigger credit but they'd have to override the system.
