Service on 2015 XC60 Service Advisor Bob Fuchs was great. I pulled in without an appointment and he took me in right away. Diagnosis the problem right away and had his service department fix it right away. wow couldn't have a better experience and will definitely return for all my service repairs in the future. Bravo Volvo of Tacoma!!!
Regular maintenance on my XC60 The Service Advisor was great. He met me at my car ready to write up my order. There were a couple extra things I want to check which they did with absolutely no problem I was kept informed of progress as the maintenance was being done. And when my car was ready the service advisor handle the payment and the car was waiting for me washed and ready to go.
