Wanted to get something smaller, kids out of house Saw the television commercials for the new XC60. My husband and I stopped into the Fife dealership when we were in the area. The test drive sold us instantly. We already knew we loved Volvos and the service has always been great (Bob is 5 star). Now we have a salesperson to match (Joe Stoberger). The XC60 is mine, but the husband is jealous. He may get the new XC40 next year!

Best Car Buying experience I bought a new XC 60. I have been to their showroom after exchanging emails with Jose. Jose is a really cool sales person who is casual and tries his best to making your car buying experience pleasant. We spoke on phone couple of times and negotiated rate. He never said NO to any of my requests. On the day of purchase, I was introduced to T, who is another great sales person. O'Brien Volvo Sales person was extremely professional. He was able to find the perfect vehicle for me without being pushy. Once the decision was made, the whole process took maybe 30 minutes. Amazing! The facility was modern and elegant, yet comfortable and inviting. All in all, everything one could want in a luxury car purchase experience.

Best car buying experience!!! Our salesman Paul was great, very courteous, honest and patient. He showed us several models, and explained everything. Alyssa in finance was very nice and courteous she too explained everything and didn’t pressure us to buy extras. Blake delivered our car, and he was awesome at explaining all of the functions and how they work. A+++ Volvo of Tacoma!
