Great Customer Service Bob is amazing to work with, he is trustworthy and I never feel like he is trying to have me do any work that is unnecessary. He even calls to check in a few days after a repair. I would highly recommend working with Bob if your Volvo needs any service.
Great service So, we had our brand new XC90 about 6 weeks, and our brakes started shreaking whenever light pressure was applied. Not the, wow that sounds bad kind of noise. I’m talking the oh my god, what the heck is THAT kind of noise?! They got us in, even though we had no appointment, and since the service guys were all gone for the night, they gave us a really fun loaner and off we went. 2018 Volvo XC90 We purchased our new Volvo XC90 a few days ago. This was not the closest Volvo dealer for us, but they had cars with the options that we wanted to see.
