Fantastic Volvo service I had an issue late Friday with my Volvo battery Bob told me to bring it in Sat and they would look at it. Arrived sat immediately got in and fixed Rex was excellent and had me out and about in no time

Excellent! Please open a gig harbor locatio Bob and Lonnie were excellent, work completed as promised and my older xc90 goes on! My only wish is for more Volvo locations! Gig harbor? Olympia? Bremerton? Fife is far and hard to get to with construction. Thank you for years of great service and for staying late as I drove from work in the traffic. Great, caring service.
Shirley Deem Joe Stroberger was amazing in providing me with details about my new car. He was helpful in making me comfortable, answering questions and taught me all I needed to know about my new car. He was patient, helpful in driving more than one car, and kept s helpfuldialogue going. He allowed me time to think about my decision and helped in deciding between leasing vs buying. I think he went beyond any standard for a salesman, he was absolutely amazing.
Great service experience Bob was very helpful in finding the issue with my car very quickly and repairs made quickly. Car was clean and ready to pick up as soon as I arrived.
Service in Fife is excellant, they are pros there! We have always been pleased with their work and personnell. In service, they work until a problem is resolved and they have excellent cutomer relations. I would buy there again!
