Service Done Right I currently have 2 Volvos. I have taken both cars in to this dealer for years. The service advisers are knowledgeable, very friendly, and always have a loaner car ready when I need it. Service isn't inexpensive, however Volvo of Tacoma always does the job right. That's worth a lot.

Great dealership! Fantastic sales department and team. Friendly and very professional. Great finance department. Top notch service department. They've gone out of their way to insure our purchase was seamless. A great dealership. Love my new Volvo S90 hybrid.

Great experience On sales person (Jesse) was very helpful and helped us along on our journey. We originally had gone to look at a used vehicle they had, but it wasn't for us. We had thought about Volvo, but didn't know much about the options. Jesse showed around and allowed us to check a variety of options out without pressuring us to make a sale. We ended up getting the perfect vehicle for us at a price we felt is fair. We are very pleased.

Outstanding service for a lengthy repair. The week of May 6 was not a good day for both my 2015.5 Volvo S 60 A/C or my home A/C. The compressor in both my car and home heat pump went out completely that week, and it was unseasonably warm that week. Lonnie Lundberg was my service advisor, and he got the car right in on May 10, and in a short time he had a loaner car and informed me it would require a few days in the shop to repair. Volvo I supposedly having repairs but ended up buying, very accommodating the people are so nice every question have been answered perfectly.... they all gave the best option what to buy for the car, recommend this location to everyone

Lonnie Lundberg was a fantastic service advisor. Lonnie Lundberg was busy, but took time to educate me on my S60 radio and he helped me with a sunroof part that kept falling from my roof. Then he took over and controlled my service appointment. Changed battery, inspection, aired up tires all within the time quoted. Will glad go back, thanks Lonnie.

Volvo Service We have been dealing with Volvo of Tacoma at Fife since 2011 when we purchased our S80 sedan from them. During all this time our service advisor, Bob Fuchs, has taken very good care of us and our car. Bob has always advised us when something needed a repair, explained why the repair was needed and any consequences that could result from not making the repair. Bob Fuchs, Service Advisor at Volvo Cars of Tacoma Bob Fuchs, for many years, has always been very helpful to the Samuelson family. He has helped our multiple Volvo s to be excellent, safe, long living, and very loved cars!
