Service failure We are extremely displeased with our Volvo service experiences. We Leased a brand new XC90T5-R in November 2017. At this purchase, we were assured by our salesman that we would have VIP service. We were assured that the service department goes above and beyond all other dealerships. Poor service, took 3.5 hours for a simple service Terrible service, left my car smelling like cigarettes (don’t smoke!) 3.5 hours for a simple service on a scheduled appointment, didn’t reset warning for service.
Dealership lied and wasted our time Dealership called my husband telling him that they wanted to purchase our Volvo S60. The guy told him what he wanted to pay and my husband said that was too low so the guy spoke with his manager and gave a reasonable range that we could potentially work with. My husband clarified with the person on the phone what we were looking to sell the car for and he confirmed that we could talk. Stay Clear of Volvo of Tacoma This dealership is so dysfunctional I can't even believe it. They damaged my car on delivery and have failed to fix it twice now, requiring me to return a third time. On my second visit, they failed to put the license plate on straight, drilling misaligned holes. This dealer is not ready to provide great service and I would not purchase from them again.
