No regrets. 2 years ago we bought the Subaru to save money. Head on crash in that car saved my wifes life, so were ready to buy another subaru, but the volvo xc6O is a step up and maybe safer. Love this car. No compromises this time. Just wondering....maybe i need to drive the new XC90.
Great Experiencew hey are always friendly and expedient. I know that the costs for bring it to a dealership are exorbitant compared to, what I call shade tree mechanics, but I can trust that my vehicle is well taken care of and they stand behind their work.
Really good dealership It was all good, really. Had a loaner ready, kept me informed on progress, car was ready on time, repair seems successful. These guys are always good to us, even back before I ever bought a car from them, when I was just coming in to buy a couple parts. When I finally was in the market for a car, I bought from them. Good folks, good experience.
No customer service I've called and emailed, can't get a call back to make a service appointment. Pathetic. Very sorry I bought a car there in December. Never again!

Long wait for repairs. My car was there for 2 and a half weeks. From my appointment date. It wasn’t looked at for 5 days. Looks like they need some techs to help do the work. They replaced a known problem from Volvo which is the sunroof tub. The car was 1,500 miles out of manufactures warranty but no help to be found from Volvo. Then I spend $5,000 on the repair and they don’t even vacuum out the car. No proof that it was cleaned inside where the tech was working. So I have to disinfect everything due to the pandemic. Very bad service from the service and repair Very bad service . People are incompetent. Brought car for service and they forgot to order parts and were going to charge me for it. Wasted my day.
First time it was not Outstanding... The reasons for the low rating... 1) the "hosts" when thanked for resupplying the coffee bar did not respond. Granted there is a chance that she is not use to being thanked and just wasn't paying attention. But I did it three times. I was there for four hours. When asked as to why she took the popcorn maker away. The reply was "it is now in the backroom."
