Above and beyond Volvo of Tacoma went out of their way to accommodate me with a service loaner so my car could be fixed in a timely manner. Always appreciative of how helpful they are.
2011 Volvo s40 service on 16 Dec 2017 First I was greeted with a smile. I had worked with the service guy several times it has always been a great experience. I told him what I needed to have done and mentioned that my light for my car alarm wasnt working... now he could have charged me all kinds of money and made something up but instead he checked my settings in the car and noticed that I had turned off the alarm lights. Unexpected kindness... I am not the average Volvo Owner I am a disabled single father who came to the Volvo dealership for a oil change and a inspection of a XC 90 we purchased, anyway they treated us very nicely letting my son eat and drink at the waiting area (we skipped B-Fast to come here) and gave me some nice extras we couldn't pay for. This is a great place I recommend.

No pressure at all while trying out several different models, easy to work out the purchase and they are very considerate of your time and investment. Darrel Upshur, our salesman was great to work with and very honest and easy going. This dealership is like a 5 Star hotel of dealerships.
