2015 Volvo XC60 AWD - Repair Our 2015 Volvo had repeated AWD messages appearing on the dash. The first time it was cleared with a software update. The second time was more serious with a rear wheel drive pump needing replacement. The car had 56k on it, so technically out of warranty. Volvo of Tacoma took care of this issue and Lonni, our service technican exceeded our expectations completely. He coordinated with us, and Volvo, to get the repairs completed in exceptional time. Great Job Bob in the service department is great to work with. He has always given me an accurate explanation and assessment of what my car will need and when it will need it. He is great at answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout the work being done. The service department stands behind their work and if anything goes wrong with parts they install they fix quickly without charge. I would highly recommend Volvo of Tacoma at Fife to service or repair and year or model Volvo.
As always, great service Since buying my car new I have done all of my maintenance at the dealership. I know it costs me a bit more but it has always been worth it for me to have specialists working on my car. My vehicle has served me very well as has this dealership. A car is such a large part of life and they have made it such a pleasant one. Couldn't ask for more, honestly.
