Repair broken electric cooling fan I dropped my dead over-heated car off after hours, no appointment. They repaired & cleaned the car in 6 hours. Great job

Volvo repair Repairs included new front brakes and rotors, thermostat and gasket, and more. Since it was so much work, they worked with us on the overall cost of the repairs. New tires too. Work was done over two days. Let us use a rental at no charge. Just could have communicated a little more quickly when the work was done. Showed us what was done and pointed out some features of the model we didn't know about.

Serviced, repaired, out the door In for routine service as well as repair of rear window wiper (touchless car wash that wasn't so touchless). Arrived for appointment, car taken in quickly and all finished faster than expected.
Honest and sincere, great care of my wife's S60R Bob has been great in follow-ups after each service and very informative on service needed for our S60R. When Bob isn't available everyone else on the service-drive has also been very kind and helpful. Thank you, you've earned a customer for life!
Good Experience Buying We bought a new XC90 from Bill Allen there last weekend and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They gave us a reasonable deal on our trade in and on the new vehicle. They took the time to go over the many new features and make sure we understoood how to use everything. It was a great experience that made my wife happy. The only thing I would change is....it could have went a little faster, but we are happy with the outcome.
