XC90 Service The maintenance service process was very organized and was very easy...Robert Fuchs was on point on customer service, he is beyond professional. He also called the following day after the service to follow up, asked if there was any issues and reminded me to not hesitate to call if I need anything else.
Ease and Comfort My salesperson, Alexander, was so helpful and patient. He let me look at multiple vehicles and explained the features. He helped me to narrow down my choices based on my wish list. I never felt pressured at all. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The process was so easy!
