Operating system re-install and tow hook cover fix Lonnie and Joe are fantastic. Very attentive and kept me apprised of progress. Absolutely worth the drive from the Olympic Peninsula. Lonnie’s follow-up the next day to make sure all was done satisfactorily was much appreciated.
Repair passenger seat to move forward The maintenance staff were very thorough to complete diagnosing what was wrong. They found out I needed a new Central Electronic Module. Good Job but expensive, will wait to repair.
I was having my 1990 Volvo 240 do serviced. Im not trying to be a butt because I know it takes time to work on things properly, but I did wait for obo 5 and 1/2 hours. I was also under the impression that they were to be fixing things i had mentioned when coming in. To my surprise I was only having my car looked at, later I was told what parts where causing what issue. I did not get what I expected from this facility but I didn't hate waiting around as much as I do at other places, the people where also very kind.
Excellent Car Buying Experience for Volvo XC90 T8 Certainly my best car buying experience to date was with Bill Allen at Volvo Cars Tacoma. Bill was quite knowledgeable of the two models we looked at and patient with questions from my wife and I. We felt no pressure during any of our communication and the staff there made the buying process an efficient and smooth experience.
Got a tune-up and you guys are the BEST! So glad to see Lonnie and Bill (Allen) again. Miss them in Olympia, but it was like being home again. Am happy there is still service for my little C30.
